Why you won't see prices on this site
It isn't a sales tactic. The same procedure costs different things depending on who needs it — and a number without context misleads more than it helps.
It is the question we are asked most often by message, and the one we can least answer by message: what does it cost. It is worth explaining why, because the reason says something about how we work.
The same name, different operations
Two people asking for "a rhinoplasty" may need operations that share little beyond the name. One might be an adjustment to the bridge; another might need functional work as well because breathing is affected. Surgical time, the team and the recovery all change, and the cost changes with them.
A number without context is the wrong number
If we published a "from X", one of two things would happen: either your real quote comes in higher than the figure you saw, which feels like a bait and switch; or the figure is high enough to discourage someone who was actually within range. Neither helps anyone decide.
What you can expect instead
At the consultation you receive a written quote, stating what it includes and what it does not: surgeon's fee, operating theatre, anaesthesia, materials and follow-up appointments. No obligation and no expiry date. If the plan changes, the quote changes, and you know before it does.
And a note on comparing
If you are comparing quotes between practices, compare what each one includes. A lower figure that leaves out the theatre, the anaesthesia or the follow-up is not cheaper — it is incomplete.
